1. Chúng tôi là ai
EddyConnect được vận hành bởi CÔNG TY TNHH THƯƠNG MẠI DỊCH VỤ EDDYTRIP ("EddyTrip", "chúng tôi"), một công ty thành lập tại Việt Nam. Chúng tôi là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu chịu trách nhiệm về dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn được xử lý qua ứng dụng EddyConnect.

2. Phạm vi áp dụng
Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng đối tác EddyConnect, cho phép các đối tác kinh doanh đã đăng ký (như khách sạn, công ty lữ hành và nhà cung cấp cho thuê) đăng ký, hoàn tất xác minh danh tính, quản lý ví dịch vụ và nhận hoa hồng. Chính sách không bao gồm các trang web hoặc dịch vụ bên thứ ba có thể được liên kết từ trong ứng dụng.
3. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
Chúng tôi thu thập các loại dữ liệu cá nhân sau khi bạn tạo và sử dụng tài khoản đối tác:
Thông tin tài khoản
- Họ tên, địa chỉ email và số điện thoại
- Thông tin đăng nhập (mật khẩu được băm an toàn)
- Loại đối tác và thông tin doanh nghiệp bạn cung cấp khi đăng ký
Thông tin xác minh danh tính (KYC)
- Số Căn cước công dân (CCCD) và ảnh giấy tờ
- Ảnh selfie trực tiếp và dữ liệu kiểm tra liveness (ví dụ: chớp mắt hoặc quay đầu) chỉ dùng để xác minh bạn là người thật và khớp với giấy tờ tùy thân
Xác minh danh tính là yêu cầu bắt buộc theo quy định đối với đối tác. Chúng tôi xử lý thông tin này để tuân thủ các quy định về xác minh danh tính, chống gian lận và tài chính.
Thông tin tài chính và giao dịch
- Số dư ví, lịch sử nạp tiền và giao dịch
- Bản ghi hoa hồng và thanh toán
Thông tin thiết bị và sử dụng
- Mã định danh thiết bị, phiên bản ứng dụng, hệ điều hành và cài đặt ngôn ngữ
- Dữ liệu nhật ký, chẩn đoán và báo cáo sự cố để duy trì dịch vụ ổn định và an toàn
4. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin
- Tạo và quản lý tài khoản đối tác của bạn
- Xác minh danh tính và đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp lý, quy định
- Xử lý nạp ví, giao dịch và thanh toán hoa hồng
- Ngăn chặn gian lận, lạm dụng và truy cập trái phép
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ khách hàng và phản hồi yêu cầu của bạn
- Vận hành, duy trì và cải thiện dịch vụ EddyConnect
5. Cơ sở pháp lý xử lý
Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn dựa trên sự đồng ý, thực hiện thỏa thuận với bạn, tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý và lợi ích hợp pháp trong vận hành nền tảng an toàn, đáng tin cậy, theo pháp luật bảo vệ dữ liệu Việt Nam (bao gồm Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP) và các luật áp dụng khác.
6. Cách chúng tôi chia sẻ thông tin
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ khi cần để vận hành dịch vụ:
- Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ: các đối tác đáng tin cậy cung cấp hosting đám mây, xử lý xác minh danh tính và hạ tầng kết nối thay mặt chúng tôi, theo nghĩa vụ bảo mật và bảo vệ dữ liệu.
- Cơ quan pháp lý và quản lý: khi pháp luật, lệnh tòa hoặc yêu cầu hợp lệ từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền yêu cầu, hoặc để bảo vệ quyền lợi và ngăn chặn gian lận.
7. Lưu trữ và bảo mật dữ liệu
Dữ liệu của bạn được lưu trên máy chủ bảo mật, chỉ nhân sự được ủy quyền mới có quyền truy cập. Chúng tôi mã hóa khi truyền tải và áp dụng biện pháp kỹ thuật, tổ chức nhằm bảo vệ thông tin khỏi truy cập, thay đổi, tiết lộ hoặc phá hủy trái phép.
8. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
Một số nhà cung cấp hạ tầng có thể xử lý dữ liệu trên máy chủ ngoài Việt Nam. Khi dữ liệu được chuyển ra nước ngoài, chúng tôi có biện pháp đảm bảo dữ liệu vẫn được bảo vệ theo chính sách này và pháp luật áp dụng.
9. Lưu giữ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi chỉ giữ dữ liệu cá nhân trong thời gian cần thiết cho các mục đích nêu trong chính sách này. Dữ liệu tài khoản và sử dụng được giữ khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Hồ sơ KYC và giao dịch tài chính được giữ trong thời hạn đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp lý, thuế, kế toán và chống gian lận, kể cả sau khi đóng tài khoản, sau đó được xóa hoặc ẩn danh.
10. Quyền của bạn
Theo pháp luật áp dụng, bạn có quyền truy cập, sửa hoặc cập nhật dữ liệu cá nhân, rút lại sự đồng ý, phản đối hoặc hạn chế một số hình thức xử lý, và yêu cầu xóa tài khoản cùng dữ liệu liên quan. Để thực hiện các quyền này, liên hệlegal@eddytrip.com.
11. Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản EddyConnect và dữ liệu liên quan bất cứ lúc nào, trong ứng dụng hoặc qua trang web: www.eddytrip.com/delete-account
Trong ứng dụng, vào Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản. Trang xóa tài khoản giải thích rõ những gì bị xóa, những gì chúng tôi phải giữ lại theo pháp luật và trong bao lâu, cùng thời gian xử lý.
12. Trẻ em
EddyConnect dành cho đối tác kinh doanh từ 18 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của người dưới 18 tuổi. Nếu phát hiện đã làm vậy, chúng tôi sẽ xóa dữ liệu đó.
13. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách quyền riêng tư theo thời gian. Khi đó, chúng tôi sẽ sửa ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở trên và, khi phù hợp, thông báo trong ứng dụng.

1. Who we are
EddyConnect is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH THƯƠNG MẠI DỊCH VỤ EDDYTRIP ("EddyTrip", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Vietnam. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data processed through the EddyConnect application.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the EddyConnect partner application, which enables registered business partners (such as hotels, tour operators, and rental providers) to onboard, complete identity verification, manage a service wallet, and earn commissions. It does not cover any third-party websites or services that may be linked from within the app.
3. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you create and use a partner account:
Account information
- Full name, email address, and phone number
- Account credentials (a securely hashed password)
- Partner type and business details you provide during onboarding
Identity verification (KYC) information
- Your Vietnamese Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) number and document images
- A live selfie and liveness-check data (for example, blink or head-turn confirmation) used solely to verify that you are a real person and that you match your identity document
Identity verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement for partners. We process this information to comply with applicable identity-verification, anti-fraud, and financial regulations.
Financial and transaction information
- Wallet balance, top-up records, and transaction history
- Commission and payout records
Device and usage information
- Device identifiers, app version, operating system, and language settings
- Log data, diagnostics, and crash reports used to keep the service stable and secure
4. How we use your information
- To create and manage your partner account
- To verify your identity and meet our legal and regulatory obligations
- To process wallet top-ups, transactions, and commission payouts
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests
- To operate, maintain, and improve the EddyConnect service
5. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable platform, in accordance with applicable Vietnamese data protection law (including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection) and other applicable laws.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to operate the service:
- Service providers: trusted vendors that provide cloud hosting, identity-verification processing, and connectivity infrastructure on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: where we are required to do so by law, court order, or a valid request from a competent authority, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
7. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secured servers, with access restricted to authorised personnel. We use encryption in transit and apply technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. International transfers
Some of our infrastructure providers may process data on servers located outside Vietnam. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
9. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Account and usage data are retained while your account is active. Identity-verification (KYC) and financial transaction records are retained for the period required to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations, even after your account is closed, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or update your personal data, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@eddytrip.com.
11. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your EddyConnect account and associated data at any time, both inside the app and through our web page: www.eddytrip.com/delete-account
Within the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. The deletion page explains exactly what is deleted, what we are legally required to retain and for how long, and the processing timeline.
12. Children
EddyConnect is intended for business partners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
